Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

If you are not satisfied with the course content within the first 07 days of purchase, you are eligible for a refund (Registration amount 1000 rs. Not Refundable). The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be granted.

Course Access and Progress:

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
If you have accessed or completed more than 20% of the course, the refund request will be denied.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind after purchase or decide that the course is not suitable for you after 07 days.

  • Non-Attendance: If you do not attend the scheduled classes or sessions, either live or recorded, you are not eligible for a refund. It is your responsibility to participate in the course content as provided.

  • Lack of Response: If you do not respond to our communications regarding course access, technical issues, or other important information, and this leads to your inability to complete the course, no refund will be issued.
